One of the areas of business activity in the housing and communal services market in Russia is condominium management. Managing organizations annually face difficulties in changing the amount of fees for the maintenance and repair of shared property in view of the fact that consumers determine the volume and cost of services in the condominium management market, and the government actually regulates their quality regardless of the budget for managing a single apartment building.
